Our charge is 10% of the rent received from your tenant. This means we don’t get paid unless you get paid!

- Showing your property to prospective tenants
- Screening applicants
- Completing a comprehensive lease document
- Move in and move out inspections
- Maintenance coordination
- Provision of your personal owner portal
- 1099 Tax reporting at year end
