About Us
KSN Property Management is a locally owned and operated property management company. KSN was founded in 2018. We started off managing our own rental properties. In our real estate business, we noticed that many of our clients either couldn‘t sell or didn’t want to sell and we got tired of referring that business off. So we started KSN and have been growing ever since!
Meet the Team
Charity is the broker of record for KSN Property Management, an associate broker with Keller Williams Coastal Area Properties, and the lead agent of the Daniels Real Estate team. She is a South Carolina native, and a 1995 graduate of Clemson with a degree in mechanical engineering. She started working in real estate in 2014.
Joel is a co-owner of KSN Property Management and a Realtor with Keller Williams Coastal Area Properties. He is originally from Florida, and a 1987 graduate of West Point with a degree in computer science. He started working in real estate in 2015.
Penny Smith-Horton is a Georgia licensed Real Estate Agent who has joined the team assisting in Property Management. Penny uses her expertise from years in healthcare administration focusing on patient satisfaction, her time in non-profit volunteer management and training, and her own business entrepreneurship to provide a custom client - centric approach in all her Real Estate and Property Management handlings. One of her main strengths in the business is building relationships with clients, owners, tenants, and vendors alike. Her ability to be a true liaison is achieved with empathetic listening skills, diplomacy, and desire for resolution.
